Grumpy Jack Is Releasing This Halloween 🎃
I’m excited to share some more news about Grumpy Jack.
After an extensive playtesting phase, the game is now moving into its final stretch of development. Thanks to all the testing and iteration so far, the experience has a clear scope and pacing, with an average playtime of around 3–4 hours, depending on how you explore and play.

For the first time, I can officially say this:
Grumpy Jack will release this Halloween.
Locking in a release window feels like a big milestone, and I’m very excited!

Exciting Things Are Coming: A New Website & the Journey of Grumpy Jack
Welcome to the very first post on my brand-new website!
The site is still a work in progress, but I couldn’t wait to share what I’m building behind the scenes, and what’s coming next.

Now for the exciting part.
I’m currently deep into my next project, Grumpy Jack – a bullethell zelda-like, set to release later next year!
Inspired by the gothic whimsy of Tim Burton’s films and the adventurous charm of old-school Zelda, this passion project is a love letter to games of my childhood.
